Energy~Not Mysterious at all! People use the expression: "Out of Balance" everyday. What do they mean by this expression? Out of balance is an expression of stating that one is not experiencing harmonious flow in all areas of life. Simply stated: "energy flow is impeded". Why has the word energy baffled so many people? Energy is not something that we can see yet it is something that can be felt. We can't see "out of balance", yet we can feel "out of balance". |

Pain management can be challenging. Drugs produce serious and sometimes dangerous side effects; they are the quick fix. Why notexperience floating? Floating allows the body to release thefeel good "endorphins"for a "natural relief" from pain. Similar to a runner's high, the floater in a state of stillness experiences a similar high. The difference being that no additional stress is placed on the body. |

The Magical Power of the MindTina Brigitini What is the secret to manifesting? Do the mind, nervous system and energetic systems impact the other? The answer is; they are all interconnected, one affecting the other, like the ripple from a wave, nothing can remain the same. You cannot change your mind without changing the energy systems and you cannot change the energy system without changing the mind. The nervous system is the bridge of synchronization. |

It is the positive and the negative current, simple analogy; the battery terminals in the car. Without a strong connection to both terminals, the car will not start. There are several currents of energy flowing through the body; a concept that is widely accepted in acupuncture. A needle inserted into the area of trouble and the blocked energy moves, pain is released. |

Why Float? Honestly, I asked myself this same question seven years ago when I reluctantly climbed into the tank. In the first five minutes I was asking myself; "what am I doing in this box?" In the last five minutes of this hour I was wondering why on earth do I have to get out. I lied there checking in to see if my body was actually still in the tank, I was clearly somewhere else, a space experienced as pure bliss. In the tank I noticed my thoughts were incomplete, my mind was trying to sort things out and yet it was out of my control. |
