How I work with hypnosis is very different than buying a general cd to work with an issue.  The challenge with this method, however very inexpensive, is the failure to address YOU specifically.
 
Each session will bring light to the next area to be addressed. 
 
For example:  A person may bring an issue to a session, take weight loss for example.  This session is effective until it hits the next place of resistance. 
 
After each session a new challenge may present.  The effectiveness of hypnosis is dependent upon the practitioner's ability to determine the current place of resistance and work directly with the new issue.

Many challenges are resolved with one session; others, such as quitting smoking and weight loss require weekly sessions from 3-6 weeks.  I will give you one session "free" at the end of any series of 3 or 6.
